Secrets can be fun to keep… if the secret is something that makes you and everybody else happy. Then a secret is something very nice. But it you have a secret that hurts you… a secret that makes you sad or scares you… that’s when you would feel much better if you talk about it to somebody you trust. It might be every hard for you to tell such a secret to Mom, or to Dad, or to your teacher. But it’s best for you to be brave and talk about it. When you do, the problem can be made to go away.
I segreti possono essere divertenti da mantenere, se il segreto è qualcosa che rende felici te e tutti gli altri. Allora un segreto è qualcosa di molto bello. Ma se hai un segreto che ti ferisce, un segreto che ti rattrista o ti spaventa, è in quel momento che ti sentiresti molto meglio se ne parlassi con qualcuno di cui ti fidi. Potrebbe essere molto difficile per te rivelare un simile segreto a mamma, a papà o al tuo insegnante. Ma è meglio che tu sia coraggioso e ne parli. Quando lo fai, il problema può essere risolto.
